Guys,

I have got some serious trouble here. Somehow I cannot get into the site panel anymore, the /siteadmin as well. BOTH are just completely gone...

All my email bounces back.... what can be wrong on this Raq 4?

We did everything by the control panel...

HELP !!!

try this

/etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv stop

then

etc/rc.d/init.d/admserv start

should bring the control panels back up.

Thanks, but it does not help.

We rebooted the server, no changes.

What happened exactly:

- we made a virtual account
- somehow an error 16 showed up
- we went back with the back button to the screen, created the account and everything looked normal, but:

- all email bounces to ALL sites
- the ~/siteadmin pages are not found anymore
- clicking on the wrench buttons does give a file not found.

The only thing working on the machine is the first front panel...

Anyone any other suggestions ????

The description for the fix is:
This script has been tested on RaQ4 and RaQ3 only. It should work on RaQ2 also, though...
The purpose of this script is to rebuild the /usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/siteManage directory if for some reason it's been corrupted. It's also great when you are migrating sites from one machine to another. It gathers a list of all sites from /home and processes these into the siteManage interface. Hope you like it. ;)

Okay if this should fix the panels, how would it fix the email problem?
