anybody here working for easyspace or knows anyone who is?

I need help because I started a domain transfer request away from easyspace to dotregistrar. However, according to dotregistrar, easyspace seems to be ignoring their emails regarding this matter.

I tried contacting easyspace through their support system, as well as by emailing hostmaster@easyspace.com, support@easyspace.com and admin@easyspace.com , but all I got was ONE measly auto response email saying that they got my email and will respond within the day (which of course they havent).

To make matters worse, my domain (www.sturmdogg.com) is about to expire March 19, and I have initiated this transfer request as early as Feb 20.

So please if anyone could help me contact a living, breathing person over at easyspace I would really appreciate it.

I'm afraid there is not much you can do, I believe easyspace charge a release fee of £29.38 - you have to pay this in order for them to release your domain name.

Have your tryed their telephone number or live support if they are not replying to email?

Easypace are the worst registrar around  when it come to being affordable : Transfer away £25 ..... and here is the biggest joke .. nameserver change £10 . I hope they loose a lot of customers or go bust. There is making money & then there is daylight robbery !

Hope the majority of you all managed to move your domains away before these prices came into place.
