Has anybody had any orders that came in arround midnight PST on monday march. 3rd?
I had a couple of orders that came in at that time and only received the order notification from paysystems today march 5th at 11:50.

I was wondering if there is a script that will email me when a customer reaches the 'thank you' order page.

I had an order about 12 hours ago and did not receive any email notification, more of that the order is not even in "new orders" folder...

Of course I have some recurrng transactions which have not been processed...

Things seem slow right now for paysystems.. we are setting people up and checking payments later

The orders are appearing pretty quickly in the control panel. Just not arriving via email notifications for a few days. I just keep an eye out on the control panel every hour or so and watch for new accounts...

We get the order information captured before sending the customer on to payment method, works nicely in situations where paysystems is slow or down because we still get the orders instantly.

My customers after successful payment have to fill out another form where they provide username/password/domain name etc. So I know when they placed order...

However I have a customer who placed order over 12 hours ago and the order never appeared in 'new orders' folder, weird.

I just emailed my customer and asked for Paysystems Transaction #...

Yeah, email notifications are delayed 1-2 days, but what annoy me most is that orders do not appear in 'new orders' folder immediately.

and those unprocessed recurring transactions for yesterday annoys me too :(

Yah i noticed it too. The orders are going through fine and all, and if you use a callback system than your ok. However, e-mails are delayed about 48-72 hours it seems. I had one 5 days later come in yesterday :(. I guess things will get better soon.

If they dont get processed that day what happens?

- they may process them today, tomorrow or ...
- it might be an issue with their system and I will have to contact them and beg someone to fix this

it is not first or second time so I almost get used to it...

They dont miss recurring... it always ends up being done.

they missed mine twice... IT dept had to fix that...

I think I got the right solution for cases like this;

I created an email form on the thank you page that will ask the customer to confirm the paysystems order with name, plan ordered, domain and email...

The counters on the paysytems main mcc page no longer work for me ?
New orders 0 settled transactions 113 customer comments 0

This is what i see but there are new orders and there are more settled transactions than the counter shows, the only way to check for new orders is to click the pending transactions , the counters no longer work .
Emails usually arrive 5 days after the order if at all .
paysytems say that they can post info every 10 mins to a script on your server , does anyone have such a script that they would like to share ?

You think the posting script will work if the counters doesn't?
I doubt it...

The 'New Orders' link doesn't even show up for me anymore. Weirdness.
