Hey Everyone,
I had gotten a box with RackShack just to fool around with. I decided that I'd put Counter Strike on it. Anyway, on to my questions.
1. I get pings around 40ms to the server and 40-80ms in game. The pings are fairly stable, until over 8 people go in. They start spiking to around 150ms and sometimes higher. According to the MRTG graphs, when the server is full(16/16) it uses about 400k out and 300k in. I can't figure out what is causing the spikes. No high ping players, server load sits around 0.20, the only thing I can think of is that I was put on a router/switch with a bandwidth hog. Any ideas of what I could do to prevent this. Maybe some tweaks?
2. About every 40 minutes, hlds just freezes. Everyone gets that "Error: Connection Problem", and then they are disconnected. Once again, when that happens, the load is at 0.20 or lower. mp_timelimit is set to 0. Any thoughts on what could be causing this?
If anyone could help me, I'd truly appreciate it.

http://www.rackshack.net/bw103/64.246.11.252_121.html <-- MRTG graphs according to that I have a 12.5mbps cap, which is for the whole switch?
Also, I've got their 1GHz Duron with 512megs of RAM
