Hello! I have a dedicated server running the Smart Hosting Tools Controller and my partner deleted the admin. username so now we have no way of getting in. Is there a way to disable password protection (those .htaccess popup boxes) from the server so that I will not need a password to access the control panel or any other of the password protection sections?

Im not running that controller, but couldnt you just re-add the admin account to the passwd file that .htaccess is calling? or delete the .htaccess passwd call.

Contact your provider, have them login via console as root and recreate it manually. That is unless you have another username that has the same permissions as admin.

Otherwise, that is your only option.
