Whe you are going to hire remote staff, are these home workers just for email support and billing?
Is there some way to set them up with phone support?
I have a toll free number, but I can not think of a way to let my to-be-hired support staff man the phones. Is it some kind of toll free/forwarding setup?
Thanks,
Shasta

Yes, there are many services that will forward a toll free number for you. I'd think it would take some micor-managing, though, unless you have one remote staff location that wants their phone ringing 24/7.

I remember a while back seeing a service that would send calls to two different locations, the first call goes to phone 1 second goes to phone 2 third goes phone 3, etc. Most also support "following" you, you could say for 12 hours call this, for the other 12 call her.

In my area Verizon has a ring down package. It tries the first number, if busy 2nd number, if busy third number, etc. I'm not sure on how it would work if there was no answer though.
