If your willing to pay a fair amount, then goole is good.

Im not going to give out the secrets of our adwords but we spend around £5/6 per day ($10 approx) per day

There is a lot of strategy involved when it comes to choosing your target audience and keywords :)

I used to have poor performance with them ( poor potential customers ) but once I changed the setting of my campaign to only US and Canada visitors only, the results has changed dramatically. And besides, you get less hits, but with potential customers.

yeah, foreign languages are usually pointless. I still think its a bit overpriced for what you get though.

Its hard to get keywords that get you visits and don't end up dead because they didn't meat the minimum CPM's.. If you bid on much used words your usually way down in the low end of things unless your willing to pay 8-10.00 PER CLICK.

I have BETTER resources to spend my cash on at those costs.

Thats because you have no technique, we dont pay anywhere near 8-10 per click, nor do we get killed for low CPM.

maybe a better market for adwords if your using .uk or your market.

I have technique, but with adwords it doesn't take long for someone else to come in and tag along.. 2 months later that technique is useless.

Like i said, i've had some luck and did have some successfull runs. I have found other more fruitfull and cheaper ways to gain customers and will ease back on my adwords useage because of the costs.

Advertising experiences are different for everyone. You may have to keep changing your keywords used.

But regardless, Matt did say that he wasn't giving out free secrets ;-> I guess we'll just all have to sit back and marvel at his awesome technique.

Nope I never said that. I said as with any things, there is technique to it - If you want to get a better return on your money dont bid on words like "hosting" there are better ways of targetting the right audience and using words other people may not be bidding on ;)
