I emailed sales coming up too 3 days ago and I would have thought 3 days is a LONG time without a reply, exspecialy when it is a sales related question that would get them business, I can only imagine the support time....:cartman:

I have heard good things about them from here and from clients of theirs, but it really does make me think.

So without my sales questions being answer (although a tech on their AIM SN did answer some) I still ordered a server because of the good words that have been said about them. Now, it has been 24 hours and because I am using PayPal to pay, I would of thought they would of emailed me asking for a payment.....are they all on long service leave there...:o

They're notorious for slower than normal response times - you'll get a thorough answer, but they have a lot of sales/support tickets to go through.

It's luck. Sometimes, I submit a ticket, and it's answered within 30 minutes. Sometimes its a day. Just depends on your luck I suppose. The techs on AIM are generally the best way to get a quick question answered, and use the ticket system for the important questions. Also, if its just a general linux question, it's best not to bother them...ask here or in another forum and you'll get a much quicker response.

You will be emailed when your server is setup, and not before that, they don't have any sort of confirmation.

I think he already got a server. He's just waiting for one.

I can't really, don't feel like paying for overseas phone call costs that I don't really NEED too.

Thanks for the replies though. I was emailed saying the server will be up in 24 hours, so all is well.
