Hi Everyone,

I just signed up a client to use Instabill for her gift items. I got the catalog going, however am having a whole lot of problems with the orders getting the shipping calculated in based on weight. The information has been added to the Weights section and to the individual products. Now if I test the products individually and process - the shipping works great. It is only when I go through their catalog system that the Shipping sits at "0".

Anyone find a work around for this? I'm still waiting to hear back from Instabill for advice.

I think this is one for them to answer. They aren't always the quickest, but they generally seem concerned when something isn't working corrrectly (in my experience).
