let me introduce myself, i am Liquidcypher, otherwise know as Andrew
i have long been intrested in webdesign and taught myself the appropriate skills (html, shtml, javascript, ect ect) *not php (avanced)*

Basically
i am offering my services to anyone who needs them, you come to me with your requirements and i will try my best, and hopefully provide you with what you want :)
