Get a stats package. Or you can attempt to sift through the apache log files.

Most hosts provide basic stats. You might want to look at http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Scripts_and_Programs/Web_Traffic_Analysis/ for a listing of some scripts that might meet your needs.
