We decided to go with Dathorn because of the excellent communication. Basically, if something goes wrong, I need to know what's wrong and what's being done to fix/prevent it so I can pass that info on to my clients. This could take a couple of weeks to complete at least. I don't like the look of mailman either, but keep in mind that with cgi, php, and MySQL behind you, you can install anything you wish ;-) And don't worry about not having the technical know-how, both Dathorn AND the people on the forum are very helpful, and between them they'll either walk you through an install or perhaps even install it for you. I am completely thrilled with Dathorn and I have 12 years experience on line. Don't let something as silly as what they may have "pre-installed" taint your opinion of them as a host provider. nieve 03-22-2003, 01:48 AM I've been with dathorn for 3 months and 21 days, excellent support with no problems. Best host I've been with. jpc 03-22-2003, 09:05 AM Because of the combination of features I was looking for, I ended up deciding to learn how to use Mailman. I've found a new reseller host and picked up Mailman rather easily, so I'm all set for now.
