I just recieved an email saying that servers will be offline in 14 days and I should grab all my files while I can. No mentioning of refund ANYWHERE! Right now I am not concern about the money, but the problem is totallyhosted.net registered for me my domain names So they have the full control over them. I am wondering if Sam ( the Owner of the hosting site) dissapeared permanently then how would I get my domain names back. Eventhough the whois info shows domains are registered under my name but this Guy also put a domain Lock on them, so I can't even tranfer. Any Suggestions on how can I get control on my domains??

If he registered them through enom you can try access.enom.com

Yes, he used enom. Thanks for the link. BUT I still need a password to get in. I guess only Sam has the password, and he is nowhere to be found now.

When I register domains for my clients I use the same pass as they used for their hosting acct. so they can have access to it. You can try that.

Call Enom and see if they'll help.

find an enom reseller and transfer the domain to a new register who will let you set all the contact info yourself.

If they are registered under your name, is your email also listed? If it is, just have the password sent to you, log in, unlock domain, then transfer.
If that doesn't work (I hate to say it but) email enom.
