this company have give me big prob
for a few month i find a good host i think it was fast and good
untill the prob comes
for 40 days they canceled my account off mistace yeh there was 50 to who have bean canceled i mail the support that i want my host upp again and they do that after 5 days but but no backupp had they done
i mail over 25 mail to them and ask them to do that but nothing happen
then i stopp my payment to them becuse i don't want to lose my money on nothing and bad hosting
they have no't offer me som money for the work i lose
and the money i lose
ok i have backupp on my thing but it cost me time and money aboth 350 dollar
they don't give me nothing no't a excuse or that stuff
and one more thing the support have no't be upp on icq or msn from they canceled my host and the others host hmm weird
after 14 days i can se them on msn and icq but they ignore me total.
now that have gone over 1,5 month and i give upp to contact them more
over 50 mail and support tickets

so don't by a host on this **** provider http://www.achost.net/

now i use viper host they seams to be very good and fast on there answers

I feel sorry for you, but simply move on, there are plenty reliable hosts outthere, btw do you have php,mysql..etc pics over their menu or is it once again my IE?

yup i have that to so it no't your IE

how bad is that, you cant even click on their navigation menu apart from customer care cos of the terrible design.

i have learn off this now i look twice before i by something
but thats the life

now i have Viperhost

and they have damn good support and good offers
so i'm lucky now
