you should contact Erin at netbilling.com. I have dealt with her personally. If you contact her and let her know you recieved the information from wht, she'll waive the 199.00 dollar setup fee as goes for anyone inquiring from wht. CCbill is a IPSP and will cost you much more in the long run, they will also own of your rebill information, meaning if you ever want to leave thier service for any reason you loose those rebills/customers
