OMG Burst.Net isn't replying at all! I opened like 5 support tickets and they replied none of them. So I decided to post them here:
1) If I install Sendmail in a CPanel server will it interfere Exim Mail server's operatioins?
2) Does anyone here use Tomcat for their servers? Burst installed it for me but it isn't functioning at all. Any similar cases with you guys?
3) Do you know why I can't enable subdomains for my domains? I went to WHM, Enable Subdomains function, and there are no domains available in the drop-down menu. Then I try to use Cpanel to create subdomains but it didn't work at all. it says the domain doesn't resolve to a valid IP.
Your advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
David

Not sure on the first, never tried it. If you wildcard the domain name the sub domains will be enabled.
Add * 14400 IN CNAME domain.com. to /var/named/domain.com.db
For tomcat have you tried running /scripts/gentomcatlist
Not sure if it will fix the problem but worth a shot.

I believe it will interfere. You'd better be careful before you do this.

No idea, never tried it.

It seems to me that the account you are logging in from into WHM isn't the "owner" of the domains. Try to login as root (or whatever identity you gave full admin access) and try to activate the subdomains from there.
You can also add subdomains manually if you wish.

Thanks guys. Damnit I really Sendmail. Is there any other programs similar to Sendmail that can perform the mailing functions in perl scripts?
Yes I did and it ran fine. But there are still problems, try:
http://www.mass-suicide.com/date.jsp
It worked fine in another server, but with the Cpanel server it doesn't work. The script is actually written by Tomcat for testing purposes.
Any ideas?

Ah ha! For the subdomains enable problem thing, you know how I got it resolved?
Although WHM doesn't list any of our domains, it still allows you to click on the enable button. After clicking on it, I grabbed the URL to the script, and it's:
domain.com/**********/doeditsub?domain=&act=Enable
I simply add the domain.com after the domain=. Worked fine!
Argh my only concerns are JSP and Sendmail.
