What kind of luck has other dedicatednow server owners had getting reboots out of them?
But the support, status, and response I have been getting today is incredibly bad.

My understanding is they are now giving free remote reboot ports to all their customers. I got an email about that a week ago. I know they connected me to the remote reboot thing because my server was reset when they did it. Havent gotten any details on how to use it yet.
I havent needed a power cycle on my server yet but other support questions are answered fairly fast for me.
Yes, they moved me to a reboot port also. I have not received the info other than being told I was moved and the support tech who answered the call must not have access to it because he could not reboot it for over 5 hours. And per the NAC tech I worked with, noone from PWeb or DN had been there.
