Interested in hiring a per-issue/per-project Perl/MySQL programmer (will accept PHP, however I really want Perl) that has a lot of experience in programming with high security in mind. Also doesn't hurt to have good system admin abilities dealing with Linux and network design.

I'm looking for someone to double check my plans (types of database fields and encryption techniques, network design, small security things in place, etc.) and make sure my application is as secure as possible (not really checking over the coding, but discussing different security issues/techniques to make something more secure).
