New to this site, so please don't hurt me...

Anyway, I have used the search feature for these forums, but I didn't find an answer that was suitable enough for me, so I'll try and ask you guys...

Recently, our site just became a little too popular for its own good, and we exceeded our bandwidth limit of 10GB (our host was ALLWEBCO.COM). Hence, our site was inadvertantly disabled until I could upgrade to a higher bandwidth plan (an additional $40 for 5GB - me thinks this is an out-and-out ripoff).

As our site is slowly becoming popular, I am now seriously considering moving my site to another webhost, but I cannot find a webhost that is good enough to cater to my needs.

Here is a list of what I would want in my future webhost:

1.) AT LEAST a 30-50GB bandwidth limit.
2.) AT LEAST a 500-750MB diskspace limit
3.) AT LEAST 10 FTP accounts
4.) AT LEAST 25 POP3 email accounts
5.) A server that will be able to run CGI scripts from any directory, not just within the CGI-BIN
6.) A great control panel wouldn't hurt
7.) Support for subdomains (i.e. subdomain.domain.com) - not really vital, but would be great to have.
8.) Support for multiple mailing lists
9.) A fast and dependable server is always appreciated - 99.9% uptime guarantee if possible
10.) My budget cap is only $35-$40 a month (maybe even $50 but that's really stretching it)...

If any of you guys can steer me to a webhost that has these features, I will be a very happy guy. I have been searching around for two days now and I cannot see a webhost that can meet my needs.

Thanks in advance...

Well, I just signed up with F5Hosting, and hoping they can provide me with what I need ... hopefully I wouldn't have to avail of the 30-day money-back guarantee...
