Hi,
I just bought this template last week, but I found I have no use for it, so I am deciding to sell it. I got it for $55, but I'll take $45 for it. Any buyers?
It has a flash header also! :)

If he was trying to make a profit from it, then this would be cause for concern, but since he his selling it at a loss or equal to what he got it for, then I think it's ok.

Yes, it is a template monster template. But I am NOT reselling their templates. I am simply selling this template because I am not using it anymore. I'll be deleting the template off my computer once some one buys it.
