Try with basic plan first then you upgrade it as it grown. While it does help, it doesn't cover the considerations sufficiently. Consider: 1. Does your site run any databases and scripts. If yes, what kind of scripts. The reason being, if it is all scripts, even without the lack of graphics, a shared virtual hosting will *not* be sufficient. 2. Do you think your users' visits are evenly spread out throughout the day or concentrated in certain hours? (e.g. in the wee hours :)) You need to cater to your peak usage rather than just averages. That said, based on your requirements, you may want to consider your own server.
