I've donated 5 domain registrations/renewals to my son's school 's annual fundraising auction. This auction closes at 10:00pm Eastern time on Friday, Feb. 28th.

The auction is here:

http://www.charitybid.org/auction/browse.php?id=10

Starting bids are $5. The price is per year - so if you want multiple years on a single domain or split between domains then enter the total number of years in the quantity box.

If you win, you will be billed by Arias Web Hosting for the amount of your bid *quantity and 100% of the bid will be donated to the school (a receipt can be provided for verification).

There are also 3 one-year multiple domain hosting packages for auction.

Thank you.

If I want to bid $5 each on two domains do I put $10 in the total? And where will they be registered? Also, do I need to register to make a bid? It's not accepting me because the only country option is US and I don't live in the US...

Cheers, Victor

Victor,

Sorry about the country - obviously the site was designed with only a local audience in mind before it occurred to me to advertise it here. Go ahead and select United States when registering - we'll get your correct address later. You do need to register to bid.

For multiple years or multiple domains, bid the amount PER YEAR - not the total. To bid for a 2 year registration, bid $5 with a quantity of 2. If you win, you'll need to pay $10 total.

The domain registrar is onlinenic.com. The domain will be registered in your name, with only your contact information. You'll be responsible for renewing it in future years (or you can ask us to renew it for you.)

Thanks for your interest.

Scott
