Cannot convert from vanilla group to shadow group

Log rotation could not be enabled because the site logs directory does not exist

When I was trying to delete a site, it got stucked in the half way. It shows that it is removed in the GUI, but not in the telnet. I can't add it again, neither adding any other site. That's the errors the system tell me when I try to add from GUI. Any idea?
