Hi,
My domain provider/registrar doesn't provide any way to renew the domain so I plan to transfer my domain elsewhere but I already created the name server record from that domain and many domains are used that name server. I wonder that if the domain is transfered out, the created name server may be deleted from registrar database and the domain that used such name server will inaccessible. Can anyone who has experience like this suggest me the best way to transfer out?

I have never heard that you can't renew your domain? Anyway most host that provide "conical nameservers" usually configure it to resolve to their server, so if you move host you can't use that "nameservers" for another host's server even though it's a valid "nameservers" but it will not work for your domains as your site and your clients is no more on that server and you would get an error.
A domain must have the correct or valid nameservers(ns1 & ns2) before it can work. If you plan to move to another server and take all your clients with you, then you have to ensure that they are notified of any nameservers changes so that the neccessary changes can be made by your clients/resellers if you are providing rental space but if you manage your clients' domains, then your have to update the correct nameservers for them to point to that particular server.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for your opinion but I want to change domain registrar. I think the name server record that created on current registrar may be removed from their database after I transfer the domain to the other registrar. I think my site and client sites that use these name server will down until I finish create new name server record on the new registrar. So can anyone confirm me that if registrar was changed, the name server will be remove or not???

Sorry I misread your questions. In normal cases if the Domain Registrar is changed for that particular domain, the owner will have to fill in details/particulars and if the nameservers (DNS) is the same, then you don't need any propogating time which is 24-72 hours for change/update to nameservers. So if there is no change in nameservers, then you don't have to worry as it will work without any interruption.
Thank you for your help.:)
