Maybe I'm missing something. How would webtech know this unless webtech was involved with ICS?

webtech, youre server is at 4webspace and ICS is at vdi, more than one closet apart.

Yes, I have 1 server at 4webspace that is a cobalt RaQ however i have many at UUNET in Virginia. ICS is also using UUNET for some servers. 4webspace/Tera-Byte doesn't have servers with that config.
