Hi, I want a host for cheap, but I do not have a credit card. I am willing to pay up to 90-110 dollars a year, but only via check or money order. There has to be somebody that will do this. Please help!!!

Depending on your location you may want to consider PayPal. Many hosts (including us) can take that as payment and the funds can be drawn from a checking account. I think you'll also have no problem finding a host that will accept a money order or certified check.
