View Full Version : Very big problem with Enom
| Hi Guys.
Past year I have purchased domain from one guy and today I found that it expires on 02-27-2003.
The problem is that domain is registered with one of the resellers of enom.com(I don't know which one) and all I have is access to http://access.enom.com
There is no option to renew domain there and I also can't get response from enom and the guy I have purchased domain from.
Has anybody experienced the same problem?
Thanks in advance to everybody. |

| Enigmatics, thanks for your reply.
I get this message when I go to that URL:
An error has occured.
Your session on this site has timed out.
This is a security precaution which usually occurs when you stay logged in to this site for a long period of time without any activity.
In order to continue you need to go back to the original site URL and login again.
In any case it looks that it's just a gateway to http://access.enom.com which doesn't have renew option:( |

Yup, the domain registrar is listed as yoho.com, and their site seems completely dead.
My suggestion to you is to have another eNom reseller attempt to transfer the domain for you -- I don't know if it will work this close to the renewal deadline, but it might, since it is eNom to eNom. This will renew the domain and hopefully set you up with a registrar that will be around next year :).
If no one PMs you an offer, post your request in the related offers forum.
Of course, I may be FOS and this won't work. If so, I am sure somone will tell you shortly :). |

Open new account with eNom resseler. Request the transfer of domain and you will recive email (if your email is listed in whois record).
In no time domain should be yours.
If you need help, you can also contact me via mail or pm.

testuser 02-26-2003, 07:34 PM I replied to your posting at the other site. If you want, I can set you up with free enom account and transfer the domain to your name. It's up to you. |
Contact eNom as fast as you can as if it is close to the renewal then you might run into problems. |
ouch, domain appears as expired now and I can't login even at access.enom.com |
Guy thanks to everybody who replied to me. I finally got reply from the reseller where domain was registered and they have renewed the domain. |
