Hello everyone, I have been looking at Mega Hosters http://www.megahosters.com and they seem very together. Are any of you hosting with them right now? I would like to get some feedback.

I called them and got an answer right away, their tech support guy was very professional and assured me that if I need tech support I can call them 24/7 and someone will be there. I am going to call them tonight at 4am to see if this is true, I will let you know.

I was impressed with their site and plans, and the tech support guy urged me to stay away from the cheepie hosting companies becasue as he said "you get what you pay for". He also went on about how their price stucture is the way it is (15.00/month is thier cheapest plan) becasue of their easy to get a hold of support team. I would appreciate any feedback or experiences you have had with them. I would rather pay a little more for quality than not be able to get a question answered by phone at 4 in the morning.

I never used them or heard of them before but I will comment.

Things I like:

Phone support
Support forums (though not active)

Things I don't like:

Mail Quota's
Low bandwidth hosting plans - yet pricey
No MySQL with starter plan - quotas with other plans

I did call them very early this morning, 4am their time. They picked up on the first ring. The person at the other end was VERY friendly and after asking a wack of questions to them I decided to sign up. My account was activated within 15 mins!

I will let them know of your likes and dislikes above, but from what I gathered from them they would give you whatever you need to get your business. I can't see why they would turn you down if you need a higher mail quota on a lower plan... This company seems very willing to work with you to achieve what you want.
