Apache down 3 times tonight, no cgi, php etc...

still no explaination as to why the server was down so long at the weekend...still no reply as to why nobody was informed about the upgrades...

sorry make that 4 times it's just gone down again (sigh) - Pegasus answer phone not being answered - no number for MEHOST - and no reply from the main man.

this sucks...

Time to move on. To many quality hosting providers to be left in the dark. Things can go bad at times with any host but how they handle it makes the difference.

Mehost does not appear to handle things well according to your post.

sometimes I really believe there is no experienced admin. managing the server. All the job seems being done automatically through CPanel / WHM or whatever other softwares, I think staff have no knowledge of how to manage a server

why aren't we notified about this down time or FIXES ?

Actually, worse.....why would you answer WHT forum, and you won't respond on mehost support forums ?
