So I message them on ICQ. Pretty quick response. I ask how long it would take to set me up with a Win2k server, he says less than 24 hours.

I signed up online that night, had the server the next morning. They're using terminal services for remote control.

So far it's been stable, fast, nice and overall good support. I've been with them almost a week, no problems so far. I remember reading stuff about them a while ago so I was skeptical, but good stuff.

If you're worried about their old rep, don't be. They've changed.
