I searched for hours but could find nothing. Any idea who sells them in Toronto?, specifically 1U cases. There are many mail order sellers but I would rather go and see it and buy if possible.

With rackmount cases you might want specs that a company in your area can not provide.
rackmountpro.com is a good place to see what types of things can fit in a 1U. If you want someone in your city offering 1U cases with redundant power supply or something else unique you will probably have to order it from somewhere else.
