Ok people I need a really decent web hosting site where I can transfer all my phpbb forum onto it through FTP

Please someone help me because im on the free lycos one at the moment and If you have heard they are having big problems so I would like to move to a new hosting which supports what I want to do!

If there is free ones you know of please tell me im also looking for my own domain so if you know any please reply!!!!

You might want to try the requests forum, but no guarantees on finding free hosting there :)
