1). first of all, you can consider how good the support would be when the vp of the company replies your ticket.

2). excellent uptime

3). monthly contracts. so that you can leave anytime.

I think so that you should also start replying the tickets and if you are replying the tickets already, you should include your title in your signature.

By the way, I am amazed that the President of the Tera-Byte also visits this website.

1 day and i had my server

i am online 3 years now with Tera-byte/4Webspace and the service is great

all orders currently in our database will be filled with this shipment whether you have been waiting two months or two hours.

i dont use my title in my emails when im doing support because i dont really want everyone to know what i do at tera-byte, suffice it to say there are very good reasons why the CEO shouldnt be answering support emails, but i do it anyhow so sue me :)

How long did you wait for your server?

well, I ordered it in mid of april.


anyways, I dont know but I ordered additional ips three days back and did not got any reply back and also emailed noc@tera-byte.com that I would be using my own nameservers but again no reply..

It seems the more we praise TB's Technical Support Team the more they become slow..

so we should start firing TB so that they again may become fast.. :)

or Steve, you may do something for this..

both tickets you sent (starting 10 pm friday) are the responsibility of my CTO no one else handles those items, he does do a lot of work on the weekends and at night but he doesnt assign ips or take care of dns questions. those sorts of items are handled monday through friday 9-5
