We are open and here.
What is your server name?

The monitoring system shows no servers are down at all...

Sean contacted me about an hour after I posted this. Apache was the only thing running no DNS, POP3, SSH nothing. It seems a user wiped out the /usr dir.:bawling:

Since I got in contact with burst Nick has been calling me every hour or so telling me what is going on.

a "user" wiped out /usr

how did that happen
only root can do that. Unless someone hacked your box and gained root access

users dont have permission to go removing files in /usr
(unless you give them permision)

It has been 18 hours since the server went down 10 hours since we got a hold of Sean and 5 hours since we heard the status of our server from the tech. The contact number that Sean gave me he will no longer answer. Hopefully it will be up soon.. Would be nice to know the status of the server.

Node9, how's your situation with Pogolinux? And whatever happened to your server at DI?

18 hours? what a crock...

I for one know that my server is still up with Racklocation/pogolinux so those 2 idiots don't appear to have did anything on those issues.

It's back up!:D 18.5 hours down. Someone hacked the box and removied a partition. Nick restoried all the user files so all is back to normal.

Thank you Nick!!!!
