Replied to the email and was setup within the hour.
Havent had time to check it right out but this was an honest offer,
I signed in with the emailed info & my account is setup.
They have their own control panel:
Not cpanel, plesk or webmin etc. called control panel-X
Issued me with my IP address. No nameservers in email.
All seems above board & organised setup.
Again only glanced at it
Thanks ApplicationX

I also got a spot and with what I've seen so far, it looks very nice. Nameservers weren't given out in the first email, but I recieved them in a later email.

The FTP link doesn't work either.
Did anybody else get a ftp user & pass?
I tried to use the FTP link in the control panel
I think he's setting it up nice .But maybe lacking the basics
ie: the user details. Not too much help in the email.
FAQ on the site has more about payments than setting up.
Maybe a simple overlook

FTP works fine for me. Dunno what kind of problems you're having.

I'd like to play around more with it right now, but I have to wait for my domain to propagate.

Are you FTPing from the site or software?
I clicked the FTP in the control panel but blank page.
But I see it was down for a bit maybe that's it.

Access web mail: http://mail.applicationx.net
You can create and edit all users through the control panel X mail tab.

The FTP tab in the control panel allows you to manage all ftp information for your site. IE users, passwords ,directories and permissions. however it does not ftp you to the site. (do you think this would be a usefule feature?) In our next release of Control Panel X we are considering adding a file manager.

Any questions please feel free to ask via support@applicationx.net and we'll be glad to assist you.
