I'm trying to find a decent, reasonably priced control panel for a win2k box. I'm also looking for a auto-signup program, so if a client wants to purchase a webhosting plan it will set them up with a pre-configured plan maybe with some choosen options. Anyone have any ideas on where I can find such packages?

I'm using Imail from Ipswitch for email, and servu for ftp. On the host side I'd like to be able to manage client/reseller accounts, alotment of diskspace/bandwidth, add "hosts" and users to Imail, add users to FTP with the proper control to the correct directories. I'd also like to be able to have reseller's have their own panel where they could setup new clients and we get notified of it.

On the client side I'd like to have ODBC/DSN, add/delete email/FTP accounts, create aliases, auto-responders, and forwards for email. Stats, sub-domains, FrontPage Ext. on/off, MySQL (or even MS SQL), password change, and any other features you might think are handy to have for a client. I can't think of anything else off of the top of my head. Of course if it can do billing that would be most excellent :D
