I'd like to offer free eMail adresses for my domain name.
The problem is that everyone.net and bigmailbox.com offer their services only in english and my site is in french language.

So I'm asking if someone know of some more "customizable" provider like these two but who will let me edit the look of the mailbox more deeply (translation in french, ...)

Is there a good script (perl or php) that I can use and that costs not too much ?

Solution Scripts has a program called Alias Mail which allows you to offer free email service. I know there is a language file you can translate, I do not know if there is a frech translation currently. It is not free though ;)

I have not used this program, but I do use their Simple Support program and can say I have been impressed.
