I have a server with rackshack.net and I would like to start a webhosting company such as hostonce.com (http://www.hostonce.com) where exactly do I start, and what do I need to put on my server to get up and running?

From rackshack ? Does your server coomes with ensim ?

It is a plain Redhat server. I installed Webmin.

You have to do alot of planning and make sure you have everything under control. You just cant decide that you want to host without proper training etc.
