Would anybody by chance have a emergency contact number for the nac.net server room? or a pager number?

My box at in the nac.net server room has been down for 7 hours and i can't reach anybody,... :-((((

I bought my box from Dell, and I go through site5.com apparently nobody staffs the nac.net pwebtech server room until late in the afternoon!

I'm loosing customers as we speak, this is going to be very very expensive.. :(

So did I. I've tried everything, called, nac.net, called pwebtech, sent off a page to site5.com, tried icq, live chat, but no go. I've never had an issue like this, and it's going to break me. :(

No, we are here 24/7 but only direct customers of pwebtech/nac get the 24/7 NOC numbers.

So the our customer must call the NOC Line to request a server reboot.

Thanks Jay, I completely understand that this is not an issue your our responsible for. This was definetly not a Pegasus/NAC issue. thanks!

That looks like one advantage Peagus Web has over Site5...

Im suprised site5 doesnt have 24/7 support I thought they did, what do all you people with dedicated servers do there, when you need a reboot??

Well okay, needless to say i was pretty freaked out this morning for about 9 hours... I was kinda upset if you know what I mean.

But now in site5's defense, the will soon being installing a number for something like this.. Matt & Vince have always done there best to help minimize problems. Matt has restored my faith in site5, hopefully something like this won't ever happen again ;-)

As I mentioned before we here 24/7 but only avaiable to direct pegasus/nac clients.
