If there is anyone know why can I find the list of IP address allocation to each country? I want a table of IP address associated to each country, so I know personI came from country A and personII came from country B, for example.

Its easier just to look up the IP at samspade.org or a similar utility when you need to.

Its actually very useful for catching obvious credit card frauds amongst other things.
