I am on a RaQ3 server and every time I add the first user to a particular virtual domain, I get the above error message. I have deleted and re-added this domain numerous times, to no avail. Any ideas?

I can't remember the solution, but I think this problem has already come up on the cobalt users list.

Just do a search for your subject in that list's archives @

Thanks for the reply. I managed to find a fix. Well, more of a bodge actually. I think I corrupted the fp extensions for this site (site 4) by ftp'ing. No matter what I did, I couldn't cure it. I deleted the virtual site and re-added it numerous times, and each time I had the same problem with site 4.

so here's what I did.

1. Removed the troublesome virtual site (site 4).
2. Added a "dummy" virtual site "dummysite.com" which then became the troublesome site 4
3. Re-added the previously troublesme virtual site, which now became Site 5. enabled fp extensions, added admin user with fp extensions, no problem.

Hey presto, my domain now worked, and the troublesome site 4 didn't matter one bit.

I hope this helps some others in the same predicament as me.
