I've heard that a lot of hosts are not getting their order alerts from instabill (which is what happens to me).

Just a suggestion to those hosts having the same problem...

I just added another step to the sign up process wherein I placed a formmail on the thanks.html page. The form says "order confirmation", where they will input their email address and their order number and the form results land on my mailbox. After this, I go straight to instabill's homepage to check. Maybe you can try this too.

Anyways, how does instabill check the credit card anyway? Last night on the "Pending Orders" there was an order that they marked "Y" (meaning, everything matches).

And then later it was declined, given an "N" mark (meaning, "Neither the first five numerical characters contained in the address match
with those stored at the VIC or issuer's center nor the zip code match.")

What's up? How can it match then suddenly not match?

I am glad you posted this, I just checked and there is an account in there already for me to set up. Are they going to fix it?

Same happen to me! I have 2 orders in instabill and they don't send me the email alert!
I send a ticket to the support, and they told me that they have problems with this and hope to fix it soon, but don't tell me a estimate time.

I've stopped asking instabill for support. I think they've gotten tired of my constant contacting of them.

There was a time when they finally stopped answering my emails. In fact, I get more answers (sold answers I might add) from WHT than from instabill itself.


I just had to improvise now to make up for instabill's limitations somehow. :bawling:

Instabill is chargeing me more than i pay in interest on most of my credit cards! Is there any other Affiliates that take less than 10 percent as well as holding back 10 %? I also use paypal which i like although so many users dont like haveing to wait to be set up!

Yah, we use installbill, we seem to be getting our orders fine. But, they are having problems because, their site was down for like a week it just came up with like this download thing and I had to just go to the https:// luckly that worked. And yes they are very strict on that AVS system. But their control pannel does rock so its worth the trouble.
