" A Czech pensioner who claims to have lost money on a notorious email scam has been charged with murdering a Nigerian diplomat.

The 72-year-old man, who has not been named, was arrested following the fatal shooting of Michael Lekara Wayid, the Nigerian Consul, in Prague.

Police said the shooting was in connection with an email scam known worldwide as the Nigerian letters.

It involves emails sent from African countries, including Nigeria, in which people posing as government representatives purport to offer people huge returns for using their accounts in money transfers.

They are then often asked to transfer sums of money to a third party account from their own.

Police claim the pensioner told them he had sent money to various overseas accounts and that Nigeria owed him money.

He faces up to 15 years in prison if found guilty."

Did anyone get those PHYSICAL mails sent to you from the president of jamaica? Then it says "Please send us money and we will send you diamonds or something like that.."

In a TV debate in 2000 for senate in NY, Hilliary and her opponent were asked about bill 602P. Both were strongly against the idea to tax email, but Hilliary admitted her ignorance about the bill.

Her opponent, who was already in the US House, was definately against the bill and promised to work for its defeat.

Of course, there never was such a bill, but most everybody had gotten multiple email hoaxes about it months before the campaign.

used to recieve such e-mails 10 times daily....
one time a guy used to call me on my phone daily... his voice sounds to be a kid.... i kept going with them... till they gave up with me .....

but i still reiceving their e-mails daily.... with URGENT subject ...

This Czech guy must of been really desperate...
