Hi,
i would buy a win2k dedicated server, but i am new on win2k server i only use linux server, so i want know what i need to start win2k hosting sales?

Win2k Servers are really simple to use. However, you may want to go with a host that is willing to hold your hand a little bit more in the beginning.
Also, (IMO) most of the Windows control panels suck.

Although I have not used it but heard good things about MailEnable http://www.mailenable.com/ . It has a nice price too.
As far as Control Panel, I believe most would use Terminal Service which comes with W2K or Win XP to remote access the server.

Oops, I misread your initial posting and have thought that you are managing the server yourself.
To try something familiar, you could take a look at Ensim , they do have a ready Windows Control Panel which you could use.

Have you looked into Ensim WEBppliance for Windows?
I have first hand knowledge on Ensim. I've also tried a number of others... IMHO Ensim is the only Contrl Panel for Windows that is stable. You have the option to add on MailMax + MailMaxWEB ($$), wihich can be controlled within Ensim or you can leave MailMax out and use something Like MailEnable Pro or Merak.
