I hate goemerchant. They charged my $300 for exit fee when I ended up my contract with them. This fee was not stated anywhere on there web site, but it was a fine print in the contract I signed with them. I did not carefully read the contract so I take part of the blame too. Other than this, it took them over a week to get me started, they messed up on my charges twice, they changed their web interface for worse where each user would have to go and capture payments in addition to your regular transactions... and more problems than I can remember! |
