OK yeah I see it when I boot Netscape. If you already have an account with Yahoo then you wont see the graphic.

Anyway I hardly think one graphic warrants much discussion here?

hate to always compare things like this to tacidhost, but i think one major graphic is all it took for them.

If it is something small(like an e-mai me button) then it might be ok

how can you not call that a major graphic???

I wish companies would enforce their TOS and that people would refrain from using others' graphics, but that is never going to happen.

I've seen those girls sitting on those chairs before on eyewire or photo disc.... But the world isn't apart of that pic....

I think it damages the overall credibility and professionalism of a site when you see stuff like that pop up. Yeah, maybe one graphic in itself may not appear to mean that much, but if a company plays fast and loose with copyright considerations, then they probably don't have their whole house in order, either.

But then, if it's a photo disk, no worries. Although it's a lot more likely that Yahoo creates its graphics in-house considering the fact that they'd probably have to pay huge royalities otherwise.
