Maybe in the general support area, or make it its own catagory have something called Horror stories, that way there is one place people can go to see if their host is listed there. Instead of having to fish through support posts, and the people trying to read the support posts wont have to fish through the horror stories.

That had been suggested many times but it was never accepted. I think(If I remember correctly), having a forum like that would only cause more flaming/bashing.
