I have a dedicate RAQ4I at Rackshack. I have a customer who wants all email that is being sent to anyuser@theirdomain.com be forwarded to user@anotherdomain.com where their interjet box will dispurse it to the individual mail accounts. How do I do this?

create a user on their domain
add an alias "@www.theirdomain.com", that will catch all e-mail addressed to their domain
then set that user to "Forward e-mail to" user@anotherdomain.com
That should take care of things for you :D

If it is forwarding to a POP box on the server, you can just put forward to USER (don't need USER@domain.com usually).
