Is there anysoftware that i can use to easily transfer files from my old raq3 to my new raq4?

I am also want to migrate from Raq2 to Raq4 using utility from cobalt, I have some questions :

1. are all automatic process? I am only waiting?

2. can 100% move successfully?

3. how long to move, my data about 1gb?

It's not automatic and it's done in the command prompt and therefore requires familiarity/proficiency with Linux command prompt environment. Aside from CMU, there is another utility that was required to be run, meta-verify.pl, to check your sites' integrity before and after CMU is run. CMU zips the data to be migrated and then you have to export this data to the new machine. I think 1GB of data is not that big and when compressed would probably be about 300MB and can be ftp'd to another server for less than 20 minutes. Once you have successfully migrated the files to the new server, you still have to tweak each site for the proper settings, IPs, etc.

Do this at your own risk because this is outside Cobalt's warranty.

I have 15websites on my Raq2...how long to move to Raq4?

Depends on the size of those web sites. If all those 150 sites have a total 1 gb of space then you have the rough estimate above. I'm not certain though if CMU supports migration from RAQ2 to RAQ4. You have to check this at the Cobalt website.
