Does anyone have experience with Cedant web hosting? I've read several good reviews and their prices/features look good. It all looks almost too good. Any opinions?

We use Cedant for roughly 10 separate accounts (with over 20 additional domains parked throughout) for e-commerce. Granted, we're not EBay or anything, but they've served us pretty well. Tech support's response times (for e-mail) is almost always within an hour. (They're on Alabanza's network.)
